    Specific Training on Fiscal and Tax Laws Organized by BIITT

    On March 23, a specific training on Fiscal and Tax Legal Risk Prevention and Control organized by BII Railway Transportation Technology Holdings Company Limited was held in BII Building. Shi Zhiqun, a solicitor and senior partner of Beijing Mingshui Law Office, was invited to give a lecture.

    More than 40 persons attended the training, including Vice-president Zhao Jingyuan, relevant staff from different departments, headquarters of BII, land development department, Equipment Group and Fast Track Company.

    During the training, Shi Zhiqun explained the relative laws and regulations by citing real cases, and expounded on the legal risk of corporate tax as well as correspondent circumvention and prevention measures. He also interacted with the attendants over relevant problems combining with the actual situation of the company.

     This training is the first lesson in the 2018 training courses of the company, ending up with significant effect and indicating a good start. On the base of the good result, the company will explore and introduce quality social resources to enrich the training for its staff, and create an excellent enterprise culture of “learning helps working, working promotes learning and participating together and sharing the achievement”.
