Recently, the product developed by BII-TTBJ, a subsidiary of the Group, enhanced ticket card processing unit (TPU, model: ERG-TPU-2000) has been awarded the honorary title of Beijing New Technology and New Products (Services) jointly issued by Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Quality Supervision Bureau and the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee and other departments, marking that the group has taken a solid step in the road of product development.
Enhanced ticket card processing unit, also known as standard reader, is an integrated device that encapsulates all ticket card processing services, security mechanisms, and ticket card reading and writing functions, and complies with the requirements of Beijing Municipal Transportation Card Technical Standards and Beijing Rail Transit ACC/AFC Business Rules and Specifications. The standard reader installed in the rail transit AFC all terminal equipment, can achieve ticket service, charging parameters, security module unified processing, effectively improve the safety, reliability and consistency of the rail transit charging system, while making business more agile and can save a lot of transformation and maintenance costs.
The product has been applied to 12 lines in the Beijing Subway. Products with the related functions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Card have also been applied online at the airport, with the excellent effect. By the end of 2017, the product will be used by 19 lines under the entire jurisdiction of Beijing Metro.
